Yes! The DP1100M has the ability to have the interchangeable molds that range from 8" up to 16" standard molds available. Each mold is a simple drop in and pull out for a new mold. Each standard mold has the following dimensions - Crust width - 1/2" Crust depth - 1/4" and center thickness - 0.063". We also do offer custom molds that can be designed with our engineers. A one time engineering fee applies for custom molds. Contact us for more info.
